The accommodation, catering (breakfast, lunch and dinner), city tour and party entries costs of all the participants will be covered by the Organizing Committee. There will be no entry or registration fee for the festival.

However, the participant universities will have to cover their flight transportation expenses from their country to Ankara.

University teams will be met at the airport upon their arrivals by the staff/s from the Organizing Committee. Transportation from Ankara (Esenboga International Airport) to ODTÜ Campus will be arranged and covered also by the Organizing Committee according to your travel schedule.

In campus transportations will also be arrenged by the Organizing Committie. The Guest Houses are within the ODTÜ Campus and they are at most 1 km away form the facilities or cafeterias, however, ring buses will be working all day long between facilities and guest houses to provide in campus transportation.
