On behalf of the METU/ODTÜ Office of Sports, we are pleased to invite your university teams to participate Middle East Technical University (METU) International Sports Festival to be held on May 18 – 22 2016 at the METU Campus. The sport festival is to celebrate our 60thyear of our university’s establishment.
During the ODTÜ Sports Festival, our University will provide accommodation, local transportation and 3 meals a day. Besides, city tours, parties and some other fun activities will be included in the festival.
Only university teams and only undergraduate students can participate in the ODTÜ Sports Festival. Universities can participate in one or several branches at the same time. In your confirmation e-mail, please specify which of the sport categories your University will participate in together with the number of participants in each sport branch.
For the team sport categories one of the participant team will be ODTÜ team, the other teams will be the guest teams. In this regard, only 3 teams will be accepted for the festival, teams will be accepted in terms of the application order, first 3 applicant teams will be accepted. Be sure that your university team registers as soon as possible.
